MS FINSERV is a loan aggregator and facilitator. We are not a lender. Loans are sanctioned and disbursed solely by partner banks and NBFCs, subject to their eligibility criteria, terms and approval.
3. No Guarantee of Approval
Eligibility results, interest rates and EMIs shown on our tools are indicative only. Final approval, rate and terms are determined by the respective lender after verification.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your details and for all activity conducted through your interactions with us.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and design on this website are the property of MS FINSERV and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
MS FINSERV shall not be liable for any decisions made by lenders, nor for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of New Delhi.
