Refund Policy

MS FINSERV's loan comparison, eligibility check and expert guidance are provided free of charge to consumers. We are compensated by partner lenders.

In case any optional paid service is availed and a fee is charged, this refund policy applies to that fee only, not to charges levied directly by lenders.

Any service fee paid to MS FINSERV may be refunded if the requested service was not delivered, provided a request is raised within 7 days of payment.

Processing fees, stamp duty, insurance and other charges collected directly by lenders are governed by the respective lender's policies and are not refundable by MS FINSERV.
